Ricky Tools

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. The service

Ricky Tools is an internal kitchen-management tool (product library, portion counting, inventory, expenses, analytics, saves) operated by Chef Ricky for his staff. It is provided for internal work use only, and by using your account you agree to these terms.

2. Provided as is

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Chef Ricky does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Numbers shown in the app are a working aid, not a guarantee - check anything that matters (orders, budgets, count sheets) before acting on it.

3. Your account

  • Accounts are personal: keep your username and password to yourself and do not share credentials with anyone.
  • Chef Ricky manages access: accounts can be added, changed (including passwords and roles) or removed at any time, and access can be revoked without notice.
  • Tell Chef Ricky right away if you suspect someone else has your credentials.

4. Responsibility for data

You are responsible for the correctness of the data you enter - products, counts, stock levels, expenses and notes. Everyone in the kitchen works in the same shared workspace, so double-check before deleting or overwriting. Chef Ricky is the data controller for everything stored in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what is stored and your rights.

5. Excel exports

Excel (.xlsx) exports are generated locally in your browser - the data does not leave your device to create the file. Where you save exported files, and who you share them with, is your responsibility.

6. Changes to these terms

Chef Ricky may update these terms as the tool evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

7. Questions

For anything about your account or these terms, contact Chef Ricky directly through the app. See also the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
